      Pros

      Lots of time for yourself during the day. Free bedroom with bathroom. Free utilities.

      Kontras

      Very seldom give raises. Share kitchen with other staff members. Have to spend most all of your time in bedroom. Always having to be around other staff members and your facilitator during the day and night is kinda a drag...gets old, especially if they are moody or not very good at picking up after themselves.

      Great support, fun and meaningful work, and a lot of freedom

      No real cons other than would be nice to get paid more, but understandable given that it's a non profit
