I’ve been with the company for around 8 years, having started as an entry-level Java developer. Over the years, I’ve grown into a senior member of the team, and the journey has been incredibly rewarding. Every day presents a new opportunity to learn, and one of the things I truly appreciate is how open and collaborative the team is. Knowledge-sharing is a strong part of the culture, and everyone is willing to help and support each other. The company provides a great environment for growth, both technically and professionally. There’s a consistent focus on staying up to date with evolving tech stacks and improving coding practices, which keeps the work dynamic, interesting and engaging. We’re also encouraged to explore and adopt AI tools that support better coding and help in identifying efficient solutions to complex problems — a great example of how the company embraces innovation and continuous improvement. Work-life balance is excellent, and the flexibility to work from home is a big plus. Management is approachable and open to feedback, which helps create a healthy and respectful work environment. Over the past couple of years, the positive changes in company culture have been incredible. It is evident that leadership has taken employee well-being and feedback to heart, focusing on transparency, growth, mutual respect, and importance of collaboration. I am excited and proud to be part of this evolution. The ComPsych Fundamentals are embodied in our daily work, making it a supportive and mission-driven environment. Management cares about career advancement, and there is a genuine focus on employee well-being. Leadership does a great job including every level of staff when communicating updates, and it really feels like a big family, now. The new location is a great fit, reflecting leadership's care of staff and nurturing a collaboration environment. Work-life balance is always challenging -- When you LOVE what to do, it can be easy to go overboard, but that is a personal balance to keep.

Some internal technology systems are still catching up to the speed of our growth, but it's improving. Fast-paced changes can also be challenging, but communication has greatly improved, which helps us know what's coming next and feel best prepared.
