Juniors and leads are committed to the cause and attempt to drive change to benefit the company’s goals. Some really positive and unique friendships on the ground.
Kontras
Disturbing lack of focus and a lot of childishness from senior management and c-suite. Attempting to reason with them on shelving wasteful, futile (and usually very expensive) tasks or projects is pointless. They go through a thorough hiring process only to ignore or silence that same specialism they brought in. The insecurity and unwillingness to learn from people within the dyeing and textile industry is embarrassing.
