Micro-management. In-experienced upper management that is egotistical and unethical in requests to meet goals. Quota totally unrealistic. Position is presented to you with "guaranteed compensation" that you will never receive. 24hr/7 day per wk job having to drop everything to meet your customers needs which are not appreciated, but expected. Base salary is an insult for what is required of you. Clueless to reality in healthcare!
