- Dedicated and passionate team that genuinely wants the company to succeed - Opportunity to work on challenging projects - Office location and amenities

Kontras

- Extremely toxic leadership practices - Lack of company or product vision leads to a disengaged and stretched thin team without a clear strategy - People leave the company or get fired and the roles simply never get backfilled - Working hour expectations ; the norm is for the team at any level to be on calls post 10pm regularly - I have observed members of the team be berated, sworn at and yelled at in team meetings - Compensation is far below market ranges - Burnt out team - Culture of finger pointing and throwing each other under the bus

Co-workers are hard working, intelligent and very kind

- Workload is unsustainable and when concerns are raised to CEO they are always dismissed. Expected to be available and responding on Teams between 9AM - 10PM - High-turnover due to routine disrespect and unrealistic expectations - Unlimited PTO is misleading, anything over 20 days is met with passive aggressive comments and push back from leadership - Waste a lot of time on random projects that CEO suddenly decides are vital (only to be forgotten about completely in 1-2 weeks) - Used to be a fantastic place to work with a great culture but good C-suite members have been forced out/quit due to CEO’s management style - Annual raises are almost non-existent. Only meaningful raises are issued when someone quits or there are layoffs to help retention
