Average job - L1 Instructor bei Coding with Kids: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Not a lot of job training. I was sort of thrown into the deep end and expected to know how to run a quality class, which took work to learn how to do. The curriculum they provide is middling quality, and it's a 50/50 shot if kids will actually find it interesting or not. Also management is pretty cheap, I once asked if I could buy one $20 teaching aid to hand out to the kids on their last day of class. I even volunteered to donate it back to HQ if other teachers wanted to use it, but I was denied.
