      - Too Much politics - They can fire you if they think you are independent - If you will say the truth in discussion you will be fired - Danny , mamta, manish, binoy are the king of the Politics and they can play any level and get down thier charactor any level of down. - Even when you will get the offer , Managment will tell I will discuss with my wife because he is not capable enogh to take any dicision

      - No growth in headcount reason being bad employment experience - HR is not individual entity - HR is controlled on how much you connect with the director - If you are in good touch or you are a suck-up they will like you and keep you - If you stand for questions management will have personal sentiment hurt - HR has inhuman revenge mindset
