      Good work-life balance at all levels.

      Kontras

      Layoffs happening on individual contributor level while maintaining all C-suite and VP's. Zero accountability for anyone. The core "Product" is essentially the same for the last 6+ years... simply just more expensive and with a different title. CF is full of "designers" and "consultants" who don't actually want to do the work.

      Its a huge global company with large amounts of personel and infrastructure, there seems to be different paths in where one can grow in the company if you

      There is a big gap between "low level" and "high level" employees, their salaries are really low for anyone working in their projects versus the qualifications they offer, as being bilingual
