Good salary and benefits. Jim Abrams is listed as the CEO here. He's no longer there and that's a pro. Direct Energy has done wonders for the culture of the company.

It was a company divided between franchise and the affinity groups. I found it very hard to try to make myself useful to the whole company because of these imaginary walls and ended up having my position eliminated because my department didn't need me anymore, but wouldn't let me do anything for other departments.
