Don’t have any allusions that Cisco cares about you. There are lay-offs every quarter and with constant re-organizations, you could easily be one of them. Very political and bureaucratic. If you have come in via an acquisition, the HR, Finance and IT staff are the first to be laid off, followed by Marketing staff.
