The culture is great. The pay is reasonable within market. The bonus every six months is a great addition to base pay. The bi-weekly company meetings are great. The health benefits are outstanding! Work/life balance is awesome as well. I highly recommend Chasm Partners. I'd work for Chasm again in a heartbeat if it was more stable. Unfortunately, the staffing industry just isn't stable right now.
