Pros
The management was really friendly and they helped you develop. Management was very driven and goal oriented. Everyone was a team player and got along fairly well. Manager is very professional and caring. There was always a possibility to move up or to transfer to other stores when opportunities were available.
Kontras
The hours available for sales associates were low, managers do not have much help with the amount of associates on sales floor when needed. Difficult to find other associates to cover shifts.
