Toxic “family” work environment, there are no explanations for policies/procedures that don’t make sense it’s simply “just do it.” Regulatory issues are overlooked. IT/Engineering teams are useless. Other teams are rude and do not communicate. Supervisors micromanage and managers allow disrespect, sexual harassment and hostility in the departments. HR is ineffective, compliance is nearly nonexistent.
