      Pros

      -Work from home -Freedom to be creative in solving problems. It's a small company so not many managers or higher-ups that can limit your decision making -Fun office environment

      -Poor leadership. Management was pretty much non-existent in my day-to-day. The freedom was nice since there wasn't much micro-management, but most roles at the company you are pretty much left to figure things out on your own. -The pay is not great. Again this is a good job to have straight out of college

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
