Pros

I have to share lots of things but just waiting for my PIP to be completed , as I know this is not my mistake but top management made up mind to correct his mistake my keeping me in PIP and last fire me. but still I have faith and hoping that by completing these assignments honestly I will come out of out, though they already said that my recruitment is their mistakes, they should have taken interview properly then this profile mismatch could not happened, i would have been working there where I was. I will reach out here once again once my Need Improvement will get over with all details.

- Standard benefits - Depending on the team you're on, can be a relatively easygoing environment - Ample vacation time, generally readily approved

Kontras

- Far, FAR below market wage - No yearly raises or even discussion. With inflation, I'm making less now than I did previously. - Zero room for advancement (see below) - You can be a superstar for the client but that translates into no actual benefits pay or promotion wise at Capgemini - they're entirely unrelated. - My manager basically forgot I exist for over a year which means no discussion about performance, promotion, raises, etc - Opaque processes around pay, promotion, etc - Come here if you want your career and paycheck to stagnate and die - Zero appreciation or acknowledgement from the Capgemini team with the client - there's no carrot and stick, just the stick. No real reason to go above and beyond.
