Flexible to leave office anytime because the bosses do not care.

Poor leadership. Bad internal culture with very little cross-sharing of knowledge. Expected to survive on your own with little or no support. The departments simply work in their own domain and dont work together as a team to develop the software. Very abysmal implementation quality. Clients are very dissatisfied with Calypso generally.
