      No Pros, no security .I worked here 4+ year got even star of month and many stars and appreciation mail...but just because of new manager ,can just compare with him from chapel(indian coach)....wanted to treat people like servants.And our foolish HR even after knowing the truth don't have mind to take right decision.No retain policy.

      No fair appraisal ,low salary.If you know buttering and you know how to be close with management people you can work upto retirement age even you don't have any skill.

      I haven’t encountered any challenges or drawbacks during my time at CRMIT Solutions Inc. so far. The company has provided a great environment for learning and growth, and I feel well-supported in my role. Looking forward to continuing this positive experience!

      Pros

      I came onboard due to the named accounts they had worked on as a subcontractor from Salesforce for their Professional Services.

      Kontras

      They were extremely slow in responding to simple requests regarding ballpark pricing, it became apparent to me 1 mos in that they were more of a MSP than a SI consultant.
