There is a great level and understanding of accountability with also flexibility to meet goals and expectations. What I enjoy the most is that this company really listens to employees and does what it can to make it work for everyone. The environment is very comfortable and always busy. There is something to learn all the time. The business and industry is very unique and is a great places to learn a lot of skills both hard and soft skills. Most employees' years of service are 4 years and more.

At times there can be situations that are too lenient with an employee. To some degree, there should be a level of responsibility that an employee should be held accountable for, especially if it has cost the company money.

The team I worked on had positive energy. People are usually happy to help each other out as needed. My manager was very understanding and flexible dealing with my ongoing medical issues.

If you're hired as a temp, they will keep you as a temp for years on end. It appears to be their policy to only hire if they are moving you into a management role. I never received a performance review or a raise in 5 years, and as a temp I also received no benefits nor any paid time off/paid holidays. There is virtually no feedback other than critiques of specific tasks.
