Great Place to Work but not without the constant change - Global HR Business Partner bei ByteDance: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The only part which irked me is that the politics and the constant need to reorg. Not ideal, and not precise, always changing and making people unease. Left not due to these issues, it's a great company, great opportunity, but just different aspiration, altogether. Go and try it.
