23year employee Let go without reason - Shipper/Receiver bei Broda: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have been working at Broda in St. Louis for several years now and it is a good company to work for. I like my fellow workers and the management really cares about their employees. It is a small office where you get to know everyone and you learn something new everyday. The company has made their financial plan for the last 4 years and all the employees get rewarded.

I can't really think of any, I actually love my job.

None that I can see.

Seems to be very unorganized and has an HR team that is incompetent.
