Pros

I was compensated well and the stock RSUs kept going up while I was there. If the stock price was slumping, it wouldn't have been as good.

Kontras

When you need help answering HR-related questions it's very difficult compared to other companies I've worked at. The CEO was quite proud when stating how few employees are staffing the HR department.
