Pays well. Low cost health benefits. Some people in there working hard to make an impact.

Micromanagement by managers who are bad at management. Toxic work culture. Poor follow through. Zero processes, dangerous environment for patients-unsafe. Day to day operations run by fragile egos without the ability to accept responsibility or suggestions to better conditions for employees or patients. Blatant disrespect for employees that are not well-liked. Top management comes in with big rah-rah statements and zero change and don’t witness the day to day nonsense that makes it a difficult place to work. No 401-k. Hard to get basic office supplies-bring your own pens. Zero training and poor relationships with the community. Sick, mean people are allowed to lead people even with multiple complaints from patients and other coworkers. Professionals speak about patients as if they are less than.
