Only management training (not the same thing). One employee who ensures job security by kissing up to management because her behavior would never be tolerated anywhere else. She operates in manipulation and feels threatened by anyone who doesn't play along. She is the common denominator in several conflicts, but somehow is always seen as the victim. Everyone is deceived by her flattery. No path forward for non-cronies. If you have to get in, get out fast, before you get sucked into the vortex of phoniness.
