On one hand you get a great cultural mission -- make the Canadian book industry better/faster/smarter. On the other hand, big data warehouses, analytics, simulations, eBooks and trading networks. Not much hierarchy, lots of great conversations and brainstorming, zero attitude. Everyone gets to contribute. Good professional development programs. Works with just about every publisher, agent, distributor and retailer in Canada, so you get a great birds-eye view of the whole industry. Cool office, nice office dog.
