While my stay there was small, I was able to learn a lot from the web development area which have helped me on my current work. Since the company is relatively small, I was able to take ownership (and learn new technologies) of some new development that was happening at the time. The culture to jump to other companies for different opportunities is something amazing in here. Literally saw co-workers asking permission to my boss to be absent for a day or two whenever they were going to interview at some other company for their dream job. They all know people have to pursue different career opportunities and make it so simple to make that transition

The only that comes to mind is that it's a small company, however, my stay there was really good.

I think the team is the best part. Everyone is willing to help all the time. You'll learn a lot on you current position. They recognize talent and pay accordingly.

There is no career path for grow. As the company is not growing anymore, to move up is actually to wait for someone else to quit. Get in and learn, but don't expect to be working there more than 2 years.
