We value input from our employees and see it as a means by which we can improve. We welcome and embrace feedback to help us. All of us can benefit from getting input and honestly assessing where there may be opportunities to improve.
To this end, we are shaping our professional development efforts to make greater use of coaching and training and not relying solely upon evaluation. We are having collaborative conversations with employees about setting goals so that that new opportunities will open for them. We are seeing an upswing in morale which is exciting.
