- The company transfers people to new roles with more responsibilities, but is not met with any revised compensation.
- The company transfers people working in rural area to the metro cities and doesn't compensate for the increased cost of living
- The company's travel policy is not revised the rates for hotel bills due to the additional expenses coming from the GST which was mandatory from 2022. The hotel bills exceeding the limit due to additional GST charges are not approved. So, we end up losing upto 10,000 Rs. per year by traveling for market visit/ field visits/ crop tours.
- The variable pay is conveniently cut even after meeting the KPI & exceeding sales targets.
- Any query put forward is met by just repeating the problem back to us.
- The retention bonus for 4 years is cut from the gross salary and when payed without even a minimum interest rate.
