I really appreciate the focus on AI‑first and compound engineering; it feels like the company is thinking ahead and giving people space to experiment and grow. Cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, design, and HR has been smooth, and people are usually willing to help even outside their immediate scope. Overall it’s a place where you can learn fast, take responsibility, and still feel backed by your team.

Work here can be very engaging and fast‑moving, so there’s always something new to learn or contribute to. For someone who enjoys taking initiative and being challenged, this is more of a plus than a drawback. You’ll rarely feel bored, and there are plenty of opportunities to step up and take on additional responsibility.
