Very Very bad management. Got through this company through campus selection. Company didn't agree on salary that was promised after campus selection since I was from Telecomm background. However later they agreed on salary that was promised. It had been just 3 months since I had joined company and I was mentally harassed by my management and HR for almost 2 months even though my performance was good, only reason being I was a little introvert and I didn't suck up to my manager. Today they ask me to resign without any advance notification and no proper reasoning. It was just because of a single person I had to go through all this and its very disappointing. I had another company in hand and I choose this company based on reviews and I highly regret it. My advise is to think several times before joining this company. This company doesn't even deserve one star.
