Not what it seems - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Behavior Keys : Mitarbeiterbewertung

Time sheet, micromanagement is a bit extreme, especially when some employees are allowed to fo things others are not , schedule is not flexible, more worried about bringing in money than their employees, favoritism is evident, only certain employees get accommodating schedules/pay. Would not reccomend working for this company to anyone I know looking. Definitely not a "family atmosphere" and management does not treat employees like family, just another employee.
