Salary and benefits. Might be ok for someone early in their career to get exposure or entry into industry.
Kontras
This company burns out all of its US employees (and some of its China employees but for different reasons). They have no problem firing employees who caught covid early in the pandemic after being sent to China for the company. Senior management in China really controls the company.
