      Perks, benefits, work life balance and vacation time

      Kontras

      Project run to slow for my taste. Sometime I have to wait on others for more than to weeks. Usually the task that they have to execute takes 1 hour or less.

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Kontras

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
