Small, almost family atmosphere. Reasonable pay, benefits upon hire. Maintenance supervisor was a great guy to work with and work for. Tools provided, and they would get you nearly anything within reason you requested. I thought it was a great place to work and the commute was good, but I had family issues that added long drives after work. Otherwise I would probably still be there.

Dusty (not terrible) atmosphere. Foam blocks were very big and heavy. I felt I was put on shift (2nd) by myself far too quickly. In fairness, I did have phone support, and the job was not laborious. Not much space for upward mobility.

No prons You salary, CEO keeps crying that there is no funds and all. Needs to work on Holidays as well. They have so called Unlimited holidays but when asked for the leaves they didnt approves. Need to go to office everyday.

No growth in terms of learning and salary. Higher management goes on Foreign trips and developers need to work on govt holidays as well even without any bonus.
