Good work culture. A balanced work hard and play hard environment.
Kontras
Too much bureacracy which leads to the selection of wrong candidates for management position. Too often candidates are based on years of experience rather than merit which is frustrating. Processes are not clearly define. Too many internal systems. My team believes in change but too much bureacracy is stunting the growth. The pay sucks too.
