1. CEO - "Know it all". Others have no other option but to toe his line, else run the risk of losing their job. Wants everyone else to work from office (Houston, Texas) but he lives in California. 2. HR - Non-existent. Very poor HR policies/benefits for an organization that is close to 40 years old. HR fuels a toxic work culture. 3. Questionable finances - CEO doubles down as CFO. Numbers are used an excuse to fire people.
