Pros

You work in a climate controlled building with access to coffee and a bathroom. There are no other pros.

Pay attention to the fact that the next day after a negative review posts that one or two glowing and positive reviews post, all of which have back door references to make one think, well if I just pull my own weight I’ll be great there!...they must have had a lot of bad employees but I can make it because I’m hard working!....No. It’s all a tactic to deflect your focus from the 22+ bad reviews and hope that someone will still apply for a job. Honestly I can’t believe the doors are still open. I’m sure he’s more than $3M in debt and there aren’t any more banks willing to loan him money. It’s inevitable that they will go out of business. No way he’s gonna find a buyer for that company after what he’s done to it’s reputation with the VA. The main con is an Easter egg named Walt Bolton. Horrible business owner. Horrible employer. Mediocre human being at best.

Pros

Joe Banach. Half day Friday's. Decent benefits. Huge growth potential.

Walt Bolton. Rude, unprofessional, believes in the mantra that "The beatings shall continue until morale improves." Does not pay subcontractors or vendors on time. Micromanages everyone to the nth degree. No autonomy to allow anyone to make decisions. Due to high turnover, with Walt being the common denominator, projects are constantly being reassigned, thus causing them to be late and over budget. Huge disconnect between estimating and what it costs to actually perform the project. Personnel get assigned multiple tasks that takes away from their real job. Empathy must be felt for the employees who manage to stay or decide not to resign on their own accord. No appreciation is ever shown for ones efforts. Everything is a priority and it becomes organized chaos.
