Establish company were people would like to be. A place that we think a great place to settle down. Good bonus payout to employee.

Environment and culture is different. Not everyone is ready. The culture has been set in a way where if you unable to adapt you don't feel belong. Need to be independent. No training will be provided, all is hands on. HR does not playing vital role in helping the staff. From my experience such a big company but having the worst HR ever. All your future is depending to your line manager. If you screw up or you do not have good relationship with the line manager just forget staying long in the company.
