Azimuth is the best company I have ever worked for! The Leadership team is supportive of my career growth by providing opportunities that encourage professional development. Being part of a company that is constantly innovating, allows for ample opportunities to learn and collaborate. Hard work is rewarded and valued here! This is a positive work environment that allows flexibility.

The work can extend past business hours on occasion, but it's taught me to be how to prioritize better.

Working at Azimuth is a nightmare. The management is completely incompetent, with zero organization or clear direction, leaving employees confused and frustrated at every turn. Workloads are absurdly high, deadlines are unrealistic, and nobody seems to care if you burn out. Communication is non-existent, feedback is meaningless, and guidance is almost impossible to find. The culture is toxic. There’s no work-life balance, no recognition, and no room for growth. Honestly, it feels like a soul-crushing environment designed to make you hate your job while accomplishing very little. Avoid it at all costs.

This company is itself a con. I highly recommend DO NOT ACCEPT OFFER.
