Small business firm punching up - Project Manager bei Axis Lighting: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This is my first time working at a family owned company, and I must say-- what a wonderful difference it makes. The care for the reputation and well-being of the company AND it's employees and customers is genuine and pervasive, and it shows in the passion, sincerity and compassion of the leadership. The company is right-sized for me-- not too large (been there, done that with the big conglomerates, it was pure misery...) and not too small (e.g., lack of resources and higher risk). Also, it's exciting to be engaged with genuine innovation and a forward-thinking team.

Ummm... nothing yet. Admittedly, I haven't been with the company very long so I'm sure some cons will emerge, but so far I haven't come across any serious gaps or fault lines.
