Everyone wears many hats so you are pulled in various directions, sometimes with little direction. Revenues are reinvested heavily back into the product and support, so areas like marketing aren't as well funded as sales people would like- it means we are working harder to find our prospective customers. There have been a few management changes over the years which have been somewhat disruptive, but that is all in the past and the forward-driving momentum the past 18 months has been very positive.
