Quiet offices where you each have your own room, helps to focus. Decent colleagues who mean well. Not too much drama at work, people are professional. The company is a serious company. Work life balance is good.

The firm is a bit old fashioned and does not encourage fresh ideas. The firm is also not very generous when it comes to benefits and not very open minded. Lots of issues are swept under the rug and the culture is a little bit cold.
