The biggest con is the CEO. He's a tyrant, arrogant, likes to yell at people and publicly humiliate them. He puts on a good show and talks the talk, but the more you get to know him, you realize he is far from walking the walk. He takes most of the firms money and talks of sharing it with the firm, but check the books! There is constant turnover in leadership due to all of this and the good people eventually leave.
