This has meant some things have not been dealt with professionally and safely and effectively, whereas it may have been under previous and/or other management.

None at all as mangers do not respect good staff

If you sit on your bum & do nothing you get a big pat on back but if you do your job & the job of the person sat on their bum you yet disrespected & pulled down. The mangers have no thought or respect for any of the good staff there . No wonder staff leave
