Pros

If you've been in either true sales (base salary w/comp plan) then this is not the place I recommend. There is no SaaS in place. Your going door-to-door pitching Verizon Fios to homeowners.!!!

Kontras

Long hours - 11am to 8:30pm including Sat's from 9:30 - 4pm. All comp based on how many homeowners sign up. No benefits, salary etc. You do not get reimbursed for mileage you put on your own car driving each day going to different towns/communities pitching door-to-door and the routes can vary from 10miles to 20miles each way. The most one would probably make initially the first few weeks could be like $800 dollars working over 100+ hours those weeks. That's less than $8 an hour minus the cost of gas.

Pros

Great opportunity to grow. Learn discipline and how to better self manage. Learned to be proactive over reactive-always a solution never problems. A lot of systems in place to keep structured.

Kontras

Constant pressure to be at the top. Unpredictable schedule.
