You are not rewarded suitably for your work. You need to be a bootlicker to move up the pecking order. Not a place for sincere employees. Typical government like bureaucracy. The HR VP is a sham, MD does nothing but approvals. MD believes in cutting costs to increase revenue and justify his annual hike. No initiative to generate new sources of revenue. Not bothered about the employees.
