There is good company culture. They work hard and then have fun together. The culture is still present even though fully remote.

If you want to create original and amazing work, this is not the place for you. The company cares more about the amount of work produced vs. the quality. This is not an agency for creatives. The CEO does not have experience working with designers and does not understand the process for creative projects. If you come from a background of working at creative agencies, you will be frustrated here. The CEO has no interest in learning new ways to evolve the work and push their clients creatively. The CEO has irrational behaviors that make it feel impossible to work with. It creates a toxic work environment. I have never been talked down to more in a work situation before. The CEO is not aware of the impact his actions have on others.
