Bullying culture if your face doesn't fit or you voice any form of disagreement. Management is often petty and vindictive. Use their status as a 'charity' to pay insulting low wages that aren't competitive. This leads to an extremely high turnover of staff and sense of instability. Qualifications are a waste of time as no-one has ever heard of them. Staff overall feel stressed, under appreciated and that their hard work is taken for granted.
