From day one you need to be ready with you Resume to apply with other company because there is no job security You can get fired anytime without any prior notice and policies keep changing And you salary is been deducted for not achieving target every month, so i would suggest to negotiate keeping in mind that your 10-15% salary is going to be deducted. Unreasonable targets which can't to achieved in any case
