Generally, people are nice an everyone leaves the office by 4:57.

Very rough, hierarchic, top-down structure and cold and distant HR. Technologically delayed company with no expectation for future improvement. Departments are more like medieval fiefdoms grabbing for audience with 2 or 3 key decision makers than truly productive units. There is very little focus on true innovation.
