While it is true that ARM is very focused on technical contribution (over 70% of the company are engineers), the non-technical jobs are just as important as we look to grow the company even more than we have in the last few years.
Regarding pay, the Rewards team is reviewing current salaries globally across all departments and grades, and will adjust reward/compensation as needed once we are have finished our evaluation. This was also mentioned in the quarterly results meeting if you were able to attended one of the sessions in the office.
